Claude Stern is a leading national and international IP litigator. He was Co-Chair of Quinn Emanuel’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and managing partner of Quinn Emanuel’s Silicon Valley office for 12 years. He has tried precedent-setting cases in all areas of intellectual property, including patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, and licensing disputes. Claude has been a lecturer in the Trial Advocacy Course at Stanford Law School since 1992.
