Executive Orders & Agency Memoranda

The current Administration has instituted a number of controversial Presidential “Executive Orders” which contemplate changes to existing immigration policies. Some of these orders will require additional regulatory action through Notice and Comment in the Federal Register and others may be implemented by policy directives. The most significant ones are listed here.
