Expanded Access to Historical Legal Documents

The Hastings Law Library has just purchased two new databases: Making of Modern Law: Trials, 1600-1926 and Making of Modern Law: Primary Sources, 1620-1926. The Trials database includes published trial transcripts, unofficially published accounts of trials, briefs, arguments and other trial documents. Expanded Access to Federal Legislative History Documents

The Hastings Law Library has just expanded its LexisNexis Congressional subscription. Users can now download PDFs of Serial Set documents (including House and Senate reports) from 1789 through 2003 and Hearings from 1824 through 2003, as well as numerous other legislative history documents.
