Under the direction of Chancellor & Dean David Faigman, the Campus Climate Advisory Committee (“Advisory Committee”) is constituted for academic year 2021-2022, and is expected to complete its work by April 2022. Its charge is to develop a report for the Chancellor & Dean comprised of recommendations to improve the campus climate, taking into account the results of the 2021 Community Experience Survey. The Advisory Committee’s ultimate deliverable is a report and set of recommendations, due April 2022, that are meant to supplement (1) the March 2020 Operational Strategic Plan, (2) the Chancellor & Dean’s June 12 Commitment to Take Action, and (3) other initiatives the College has pursued in recent years, with special emphasis on responding to the 2021 Community Experience Survey and improving the campus climate.
